2010 Chevy Spark: It’s On For The US!

2010 Chevy Spark

When it comes to the 2010 Chevy Spark, it has been a battle between on and off for this particular car being released in the states.  Well, I can tell you that right now – the 2010 Chevy Spark is actually on to be released in the United States and while that might not stick – right now, I am proud to say that the 2010 Chevy Spark will be released in the states.

This mini-car is can go up to about 47 MPG, which for me – is fantastic!  It has a 1.0-liter, four-cylinder engine and can get about 78HP.  This particular car is also extremely small and almost looks European – which for me is awesome.  I think that anything that looks European is incredible and all around cool!

While the 2010 Chevy Spark is not going to be built in the US, it is certainly going to be shipped and sold here – as of right now at least.

Lexus LF-A Roadster conceptThe concept of the Lexus LF-A Roadster was initially unveiled in Detroit, at the auto show in 2006. Since then, Toyota has taken its luxury division to brand new heights, primarily by showcasing the latest version: a high performance, two seater roadster.

It was only recently unveiled at the very same auto show last year. Like its predecessor, the Lexus LF-A Roadster has an aluminum body and carbon fiber, making it very lightweight. A V10 engine purrs beneath the hood. The claims say that the concept is able to get more than five hundred horsepower and that it can reach speeds higher than two hundred miles per hour, making it a definite force to be reckoned with.

The New Look of the Audi R8 V12 TDI Concept

Audi R8 V12 TDI conceptThe Audi R8 was initially launched back in 2006, during the auto show in Paris. Now, however, Audi has shown the Audi R8 V12 TDI concept, in order to properly show off the LeMans winner.

The changes that have been made to the sleek car go far, far deeper than one might think. They are more complex than simply putting in a shoehorned V12 diesel engine. The air intakes are larger and louvered in both the front and the rear. The integration of the tailpipes is cleaner as well.

As far as the interior goes, the Audi R8 V12 TDI concept has a very distinguishing steering wheel — there is a start and stop button mounted on it. The sporty seats are evocative of a speedy racer and there are more elements made of carbon fibers and aluminum.

The Audi A5 Sportback Gets an A+

Audi A5 SportbackWhen I think about an Audi, I think of something that is both reliable and edgy. You sort of expect it to be boring, but it never really is. I don’t know, maybe I’m weird, but somehow Audis are linked to Birkenstocks in my mind’s eye.

However, the Audi A5 Sportback creates no such connections. In my own personal opinion, this is definitely a winner. Part of the A5 range — naturally — it was recently, officially unveiled, proving that it totally blurred all the lines between a coupe, a conventional wagon, and a sedan. Its this magical mix that refuses to conform with convention.

Parts of the design were created to honor the 1969 100 Coupe S.

Toyota Mark XToyota’s Mark X, until quite recently, was only a first generation, but it was a popular one. Hopefully Toyota will be able to say the same thing for the second generation of the Mark X, which recently received its debut during the motor show in Tokyo. The unveiling furthered the rather luxurious and sporty theme that initially began with the first generation. The sedan received a redesign, some of which occurred around a theme called “glam tech,” which couples a modern aesthetic with highly technical and technological features.

The Toyota Mark X is a mixture of understated and subtle luxury paired with dynamic design and elements. It is an elegant, smooth lined vehicle with precise lines and sinuous curves, with just as much versatility to be found on the inside.

2010 Nissan Rogue Krom Revealed: Finally!

2010 Nissan Rogue KromI have been waiting on pins and needles for the 2010 Nissan Rogue Krom to be revealed and finally – my prayers have been answered.  While the word Krom is something that is weird … and different, I think that the 2010 Nissan Rogue Krom is going to be one hot little car.

The 2010 Nissan Rogue Krom is what I would akin my Pontiac Vibe too, it is almost a little sportier though and for that, I love it.  Nissan is a brand that I know all about for the simple fact that it was my very first car … however right now, Nissan seems to be doing quite well for themselves and the addition of the 2010 Nissan Rogue Krom is going to bring them over the top!

This little beauty is also going to be available in three different colors – Wicket Black, Venom Red and finally Gotham Gray.  All of which look amazing!

Mugen Honda Civic Type-R: It’s Almost Here!

Mugen Honda Civic Type-R Earlier this summer, there have been rumors flying around that Mugen was actually planning to release something that that seems to mimic Honda’s Civic Type-R and right now … those rumors have been put to rest.

The Mugen Honda Civic Type-R is actually going to be coming out fairly quickly and while you might have to trade in your house to afford it, it is definitely going to be worth it.

Running a tab of $64,000, this HPV is actually going to be one that is pretty damn awesome.  It is actually going to be able to get up to about 237 mph and the Mugen Honda Civic Type-R is going to be a car that is going to last a while too.

Rolls-Royce GhostThe Rolls-Royce Ghost — probably the definition of a classic, and certainly the epitome of class, style, sophistication, and prestige.

The Ghost — the production version — was recently revealed at the motor show in Frankfurt. Visually, it is identical to the former 200EX concept car, which made its debut at Geneva’s motor show back in March.

This new spook is not as large as the famed Phantom, but it is bigger than the likewise popular BMW 7 series. Its design aesthetic is unquestionably elegant and beautifully balanced.

The surfaces are large and uninterrupted. The horizontal lines are all smoothly, finely sculpted. The car is simplicity in itself, something which is notoriously difficult to pull off so well.

Within the interior, the ambiance is truly contemporary and true to the Rolls-Royce tradition.

Bugatti Galibier conceptWow. Just … wow. So, as the title says, this is the Bugatti Galibier concept, which was rather recently introduced in Molsheim, France. Officially titled the Bugatti 16C Galibier concept, this car is a serious looker — and no wonder, since the manufacturers make no bones about their expectations for this vehicle: they want it to be nothing less than the most exclusive and elegant car in the entire world.

I would say that they are well on their way with their expectations, if only because even in pictures, this car practically screams class and prestige — as you would expect from any vehicle carrying the Bugatti name, am I right?

Inside and out, everything about this car is exclusive and powerful, from its name to its exterior to all the features inside.
