The concept of the Lexus LF-A Roadster was initially unveiled in Detroit, at the auto show in 2006. Since then, Toyota has taken its luxury division to brand new heights, primarily by showcasing the latest version: a high performance, two seater roadster.
It was only recently unveiled at the very same auto show last year. Like its predecessor, the Lexus LF-A Roadster has an aluminum body and carbon fiber, making it very lightweight. A V10 engine purrs beneath the hood. The claims say that the concept is able to get more than five hundred horsepower and that it can reach speeds higher than two hundred miles per hour, making it a definite force to be reckoned with.

- In auto news, Lexus
Now that we have talked so much about the Frankfurt Motor Show – let’s touch base on some of the cars that are being features there this week! Well – the Lexus LF-Ch Concept is one car.
While I usually love concept cars and I absolutely love the Lexus brand, I have to say that I was severely disappointed with the Lexus LF-Ch Concept. While it was a good idea in the beginning … the execution was not great.
Also, can we talk about the color? Who decided that pee-yellow was a fantastic color for a brand new, concept car? I didn’t and I would hope that this color is never, ever seen again!

- In 2010 Cars, Lexus
A lot of drivers have been waiting with baited breath to know just a little more about the new Lexus LF-Ch — and we have a bit of a sneak peek and preview for you.
A couple of weeks ago, drivers were treated to a sketch depicting three quarters of the front of the car — and now we have a rear view to pair with that teasing picture of the front. We also now know that it is the Lexus LF-Ch. It comes equipped with the Hybrid Drive system by Lexus, so it will be able to run not only on electric but also on gasoline. It will go on sale in 2010 as a rival to the BMW 1 Series.
The car features a raked back windscreen, full volumes, and a very aggressive variation on the corporate nose of Lexus.
We suggest you head over to DNA Insurance if you're interested in getting a Motor trade insurance quote, or just want more info on the subject...

The turmoil in the auto industry presents a different environment in determining how consumers are satisfied with their choicest among the available vehicles in the market today.
According to the Vehicle Satisfaction Survey for 2009 conducted by AutoPacific, Cadillac owners are the most pleased with their choice of brand with Cadillac Escalade owners being the happiest of truck buyers. The buyers of the Lexus LS have the biggest smile among car owners. Hyundai appears to be the fastest emerging brand as more and more consumers reported satisfaction with the Korean brand.
AutoPacific credits overachievement for the brands that have made good impressions to consumers in an environment where dealership closures are common occurrences.
The premium in luxury was awarded by the respondents to the Lexus LS. The Hyundai Genesis was the top aspirational luxury vehicle. The Lincoln Town Car and the Lexus ES claimed the luxury best large and midsize car, respectively. The premium midsize vehicle was given to the Hyundai Sonata. The basic midsize car was awarded to the Fusion from Ford.
