German car manufacturer Audi said in a statement that new RS models will be arriving in the US shores for American consumers.

In order to compete aggressively with models like the Mercedes-Benz AMG and the BMW’s M product line, Audi recognized that they need to haul more RS models into the US markets.

According to Johan de Nysschen, the president of Audi of America, the RS models are the best manifestation of the brand’s technical advancement. Moreover, Nysschen said that sports car enthusiasts and consumers have expressed their desire to make the RS models readily available in the United States.

Based on the same press release, the German brand will launch the TT RS model into the US market this month, despite the fact that preliminary deliveries are currently ongoing. The RS5 model, which will be debut in the 2012 product line is gearing up to compete with the M3 Coupe from BMW.
Audi plans to rake up US sales of performance models like the RS by double, around 16,000 units by year 2015. Audi chose the RS models because it’s the pinnacle of the brand’s top performing vehicles. According to Audi’s sale chief, Peter Schwarzenbauer, the brand is taking the first step towards this goal by bringing the TT RS and RS5 models to the US market.

But that’s not all the brand has in store for the US market. There are also other RS models to look forward to like the new generation RS4, the RS6,the entry-level RS3 and of course, the 2012 Audi A6.

One of those was the second version of Audi’s E-Tron concept.

It proved to be smaller than its predecessor, which received its unveiling in 2009 at the auto shows in Los Angeles and Frankfurt. It is set to be somewhat similar to the line of Quattro vehicles.

The vehicle is 1780 millimeters in width and 3930 millimeters in length, and it is a two seater. In terms of its wheelbase and its length, it is quite similar to VW’s Bluesport concept. However, the E-Tron weighs a mere 1,350 kilograms.

Its light weight is due largely to the fact that its body is aluminum; other building materials include composite materials reinforced with carbon fibers.

When buying a new car, you can get rid of your old one with for the poor.

Now, however, Audi has shown the Audi R8 V12 TDI concept, in order to properly show off the LeMans winner.

The changes that have been made to the sleek car go far, far deeper than one might think. They are more complex than simply putting in a shoehorned V12 diesel engine. The air intakes are larger and louvered in both the front and the rear. The integration of the tailpipes is cleaner as well.

As far as the interior goes, the Audi R8 V12 TDI concept has a very distinguishing steering wheel — there is a start and stop button mounted on it. The sporty seats are evocative of a speedy racer and there are more elements made of carbon fibers and aluminum.

You sort of expect it to be boring, but it never really is. I don’t know, maybe I’m weird, but somehow Audis are linked to Birkenstocks in my mind’s eye.

However, the Audi A5 Sportback creates no such connections. In my own personal opinion, this is definitely a winner. Part of the A5 range — naturally — it was recently, officially unveiled, proving that it totally blurred all the lines between a coupe, a conventional wagon, and a sedan. Its this magical mix that refuses to conform with convention.

Parts of the design were created to honor the 1969 100 Coupe S.

A lot of car enthusiasts and reviewers have been trying to predict just what the new Audi will look like, how it will run, and so far — but a whole lot of them are way, way off the mark.

We suspect that the 2011 Audi Q3 will look a whole lot like 2007′s Cross Coupe Concept, but while the dimensions are somewhat identical, the Audi has much subtler styling.

Notably, you will also be able to off road in this Audi — after all, it is a crossover sports utility vehicle, right? And SUVs can handle off roading.

It is expected that the Audi Q3 will launch sometime around the second quarter — or perhaps the third quarter — of next year, so keep your eyes peeled.

Even if you are not the biggest fan, the new Audi TTRS may well change your mind. Not many of us will be able to reach 125 miles per hour in fourth gear, not many of us will need to — but it is kind of reassuring to know that you can, as reviewers of this car have proven. Not even that, but the little car that could does not even seem to be working that hard for the speed! This is no doubt in large part due to its five cylinder details.

A turbo car, to be sure. The compression ratio is an unusual ten to one, its system is all wheel drive, it has eighteen inch tires, and it can go from zero to over sixty in less than five seconds. You will not see a Porsche Cayman S go as fast as the TTRS — and it’s for an Audi price!
