The Audi TTRS: A Hot, Hot Ride!

audiWho doesn’t love an Audi? Even if you are not the biggest fan, the new Audi TTRS may well change your mind. Not many of us will be able to reach 125 miles per hour in fourth gear, not many of us will need to — but it is kind of reassuring to know that you can, as reviewers of this car have proven. Not even that, but the little car that could does not even seem to be working that hard for the speed! This is no doubt in large part due to its five cylinder details.

A turbo car, to be sure. The compression ratio is an unusual ten to one, its system is all wheel drive, it has eighteen inch tires, and it can go from zero to over sixty in less than five seconds. You will not see a Porsche Cayman S go as fast as the TTRS — and it’s for an Audi price!

2010 Ford Taurus SHO: Check This Car Out!

2010 Ford Taurus SHOAlthough Ford is one of my least favorite brands of cars, I have to say that when I saw the new 2010 Ford Taurus SHO, I have to say that I drooled a little bit. This car is absolutely beautiful in all aspects and while I think that the original Ford Taurus looks like a pill, I have to say that this newer, fresher and sportier version is actually something that I might consider buying. Ford promises that the 2010 Ford Taurus SHO will reduce fuel consumption and the performance will be increased … we’ll have to see about that.

The cool thing I think about the 2010 Ford Taurus SHO is the fact that it is powered by a 3.5-liter, twin-turbocharged, EcoBoost V6 engine that is coupled with a six-speed 6F55 SelectShift transmission and an All-Wheel Drive System, 2010 Ford Taurus SHO may outputs 365 hp at 5,500 rpm and 350 ft.-lbs. of torque at 3,500 rpm. Do I need to say more?

Of course I do! The price should be just under $40,000 – which for a car of this status, it is pretty freakin’ good!

acuraIt may not be the fanciest or most luxurious car which will be debuting on the market, but a lot of people are interested in catching sneak peeks of the 2010 Acura MDX. It is not all about Acura’s brand new ZDX, not by any means. The Japanese manufacturer is definitely getting ready for and prepping up the new revision of the MDX sports utility vehicle. Spying, car loving paparazzi everywhere are doing anything they can to catch a shot of the SUV.

Insofar as design changes go, the front end of the vehicle seems to have gone through the most drastic transformations. A new grille is one change, and by all available accounts, it is definitely working for the new MDX. It is, in fact, quite like the new 2009 TL’s grille. It is also expected that the interior of the MDX will undergo a makeover. Inside information suggests that there might be an MDX with a V-6 diesel engine.

Former United States Vice President recently disclosed that Dick Cheney, George W. Bushthe GM bankruptcy has long been predicted and the Bush administration had to let it’s time pass before letting the car manufacturer declare a chapter 11.

General Motors has been staying afloat all this time because of financial backing from the federal government until it ultimately needed to file for a bankruptcy last week.

Cheney revealed the matter during an interview with Fox News and said that Bush just did not want to pull the plug on the automaker which has been one of the pillars of the U.S. car industry.

According to him the government knew about the struggle of GM and has foreseen that eventually the carmaker will need to go through bankruptcy and some restructuring and renegotiate their contracts in order to survive.

The New 2010 Lotus Evora: It’s The Best!

2010 Lotus Evora

We all know that the automotive industry is definitely in trouble, however, that does not stop them from coming out with cars does it?  Take the latest and greatest Lotus car that is honestly going to be the height of all sports cars?  This car is going to feature an aluminum-space-like frame structure and is going to have a mid-mounted engine.  This car, compared to the 2009 Lotus is actually a lot more luxurious and for those of us that are looking for luxury, this is going to be it.

Another great feature about the 2010 Lotus Evora model is the fact that it is actually a lot bigger and definitely a lot more livable than any of the other Lotus models.  One thing that I hate about sports cars is that they all feel like a race car and really have nowhere to move around, that is not the case with this beautiful car!

There is also a two-plus-two configuration and you can get a built in GPS system as well as a backup camera and full leather interior if you want!  All of this for one $70,000 – that isn’t bad!
